Heads Up: THTouch by Pit Garbe

Today we got a tip-off from independent developer Pit Garbe. He was looking for exposure of his new application released onto the store last Monday. It’s a card game, more specifically, Poker. THTouch.
I’ll let Pit himself explain the game to you …
“Hello RazorianFly.com
I’d like to introduce you to THTouch, my low-cost highly addictive Texas Hold’em Poker game for the iPhone. In case you have been following the application scene prior to the App Store, you might still remember this name and its immense popularity back then.
A lot of people liked the game enough to support me in buying myself a Mac for further development of this game, and after 3 more months I finally released it to the store last Monday.
So far, the overall buyers reactions have been very good, but the majority of potential customers (who loved the early version of this game) don’t yet seem to be aware of the release to the store.
If you would be so kind and spread the word, I’d appreciate it very much. The game costs as low as $0.99 on the store, but if you want I can also send you a AdHoc distributed copy of it for review.

The homepage features a bunch of screen shots, some of which are below:

As of today, the website also features the promised game-play guide, that provides the player with all the information to handle the games interface correctly and fully. About 130,000 people downloaded the latest public beta in the beginning of July and should actually be familiar with the main controls anyway, but since there are 12 million iPhone’s on the market, a guide is never too much to ask for. Actually, it plays much easier than the length of the guide suggests.
That’s it so far from me, I’d love to see a little something about the game on RazorianFly.
Have fun playing some Poker!![]()
Best regards,
Pit Garbe”
On first look, I have to say, this title seems pretty darn polished, and for 59p – the visual feedback is value for money. Unfortunately I was unable to contact Pit Garbe directly, due to the address given ‘returning to sender’ on reply. I’ll be sure to try and get in contact with Pit again, and possibly nab an Ad-Hoc copy that we can use for future review.
In the meantime, let us know what you think of the game in the comments!
