Over $340 Worth Of Software To Be Won! [CLOSED]

Posted on March 15th, 2010. Written by Arron.

This contest is now CLOSED – Thanks to everyone who entered. Over the 2 weeks, we’ve had over 150 entries into the contest .. a huge amount of you for just 20 copies of software. Now comes the hard part. Picking our winners. As you can appreciate, this is going to take some time, so we will announce the winners on or before April 7th 2010. Join us then, to see who nabbed themselves some free software!

In case you’ve been living under a rock for the last few weeks, MacHeist, the worldwide Mac-centric event which sees Mac software worth hundreds of dollars given away for virtually nothing, has ended.

In arguably one of the biggest contests we’ve ever hosted here at RazorianFly, we’re about to bring you a chunk of this highly sort-after software, absolutely FREE!

Those who choose to follow me on Twitter will know that I purchased nano Bundle 2. Those people that follow me will also know all too well that MacHeist had a last minute surprise for us all .. the addition of Tweetie for Mac.

Here’s the deal: When I bought the nano Bundle, I had virtually no idea Tweetie was going to be added to it. After MacHeist put up a teaser, I decided to investigate. Shortly after I got a reply, and turns out it was worth my time. But, the licenses for Tweetie and RipIt for Mac .. I kinda already had. So, I decided I’m going to give them away to two of you lucky people .. absolutely free.

Up for Grabs

Tweetie for Mac (Worth $20) – is free, but is ad-supported. This license will give you the option to remove those ads, permanently. If Tweetie wasn’t enough to get you involved, this surely will be. I’m also throwing in a copy of RipIt for Mac too.

RipIt for Mac (Worth $20) – is DVD ripper software which allows you to rip your favorite movies into whichever formats you feel comfortable with. Found a movie which doesn’t work? Shoot the guys at Little App Factory a note, and they’ll work on getting it to work. The software now at a 99.999% success rate.

Donated Prizes

Thanks to Jack Amick (@JackAmick), Anthony Herron (@AnthonyHerron), @The_Swiftman, Jamie (@Synagence) and Noah (@gacbmmml) we also have the following software to add to this giveaway!

RapidWeaver for Mac (Worth $85) – With powerful tools under the hood, yet a beautifully-familiar user interface built especially for Mac OS X Leopard, RapidWeaver is ideal for anyone looking to create a beautiful website. Whether it’s your first or five-hundreth website, RapidWeaver has all the tools you need to quickly create pages you’ll be proud of.

Tales of Monkey Island (Worth $35) – While explosively stripping the evil pirate LeChuck of his demonic mojo, Guybrush Threepwood inadvertently infects the entire Caribbean with the arch-fiend’s expelled voodoo, which threatens to transform buccaneers into unruly pirate monsters.

Oops!Backupâ„¢ (Worth $37) – Not only allows you to bring back lost, deleted or misplaced files. It also allows you to view past changes made to those files and to undo or adopt those changes: This revolutionary feature addresses real needs by providing you with a full history of any changes made to a file, rather than only giving you the latest version of that file – and all in under 1 minute, with just a few simple clicks! (Windows Only)

Last Minute Addition!

Osfoora for iPhone (Worth $30) – Courtesy of Said M. Marouf we have a further 10 COPIES of the popular Twitter client Osfoora for iPhone to giveaway to 10 of you lucky people!
