Posted by Arron on 14 Jun 2010 @ 4:43 PMWell it finally happened. @VodafoneUK has become the first UK network to announce their tariff pricing along with handset pricing for iPhone 4.
The move comes as @O2 on Wednesday announced full tariff and upgrade details for existing customers, but has since failed to inform customers of how much the handset will cost dependent on the tariff they choose to take out.
This post has been designed to give you the latest information on all UK handset pricing for iPhone 4, and will be continuously updated.
Vodafone UK
@VodafoneUK were first to announce their handset pricing, with the device coming in at 16GB for £189 on their cheapest 18 month contract and £30 a month, however the 32GB will cost £280 on the cheapest £30 a month contract. Full details below.
[Update] – It’s worth noting Vodafone UK also seem to offering the device on PAYG, but it is still unclear if this option will be available tomorrow for pre-order. As you can imagine the Vodafone site is currently receiving huge amount of traffic and as a result, we are unable to load the PAYG details. More when we have it.
[Update 2] – Vodafone UK will be offering the iPhone 4 on PAYG from June 24th. Pricing TBC.
[Update 3] – Vodafone UK are now stating this was all a big mistake, and to stay tuned for further pricing details.
[Update 10] – Vodafone UK has today announced its official pricing for iPhone 4. Most expensive than those originally found on it’s test page. – Thanks for the heads up @DavidForster.

Orange UK
[Update 4] – A photo has emerged on Twitter which seems to show contract pricing for iPhone 4 on Orange. We remind you that these type of photo can be easy faked, so nothing is confirmed yet.
[Update 5] – Orange UK has this morning just announced its pricing plans for iPhone 4, including tariffs and handset pricing. On their lowest tariff of £30 a month, the device is set to cost you £169 for the 16GB and £269 for the 32GB (with a 2 year contract) and it appears the White model is also available.
On PAYG, iPhone 4 from Orange is set to cost you £480 for the 16GB with the 32GB model coming in at £570. Cheaper than Apple’s sell-out success yesterday here in the UK, but remember buying from Apple secured the device would be unlocked for use with any network, on arrival to your door, hence the slight premium. – Thanks for the heads up @MarkBezza!

[Update 6] – As noted by @tronster_uk, Orange has imposed a cap which is even worse than @O2′s 500mb/mo, announcing data for PAYG customers will be capped at just 250mb per month for 12 months.
[Update 7] – @WillsB3 notes that while Orange has imposed a cap of 250mb, in the small print they state this is under a fair usage policy of 750mb. “Separate Fair Usage policies of 750MB / month apply to both BT Openzone WiFi and Mobile Internet Browsing.”
O2
O2 revealed their tariff pricing last Wednesday but are yet to announce how much the handset will cost customers depending on which tariff they choose to take out.
[Update 9] – @O2 has today announced handset pricing for iPhone 4.
Full details below:
T-Mobile
This network has not yet revealed any handset pricing information on iPhone 4. Stay tuned and we’ll update you soon!
Tesco Mobile
[Update 11] – Tesco have today just announced their iPhone 4 tariff plans alongside PAYG handset pricing!
3 Network
[Update 8] – 3 today announced it would wait for all other UK networks to announce iPhone 4 tariffs and handset pricing, and then undercut them all – Cheers for the heads up @WillsB3.
Stay tuned as we’ll update you on announcements.
