With the launch of Apple’s iAds platform taking place today, many readers are now starting to notice the ads which are built into iOS4 by default, showing up in various applications.
The new platform which was demoed by Apple back in April alongside a preview of iOS 4, is meant to capture both the emotion of television based adverts with the interactivity of online ones.
Today, Twitter user @MarkusN has started a log of App Store applications which have randomly started to show iAds on his own blog here.
Consequentially, we’ll also be updating this post with more apps we find displaying the new ad type, as and when we find them.
[Update] – Tiptitude now supports iAds.[via @MarkusN] [uquery]379516970[/uquery] [itunes link="http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/mirror-free-for-iphone-4/id379516970?mt=8&uo=4" title="App_Cubby-Mirror_FREE_for_iPhone_4"] [uquery]286128390[/uquery] [itunes link="http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/removem-free/id286128390?mt=8&uo=4" title="Mundue_LLC-reMovem_(free)"] [uquery]322039008[/uquery] [itunes link="http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/udid-helper/id322039008?mt=8&uo=4" title="Downstairs_Geek_LLC-UDID_Helper"] [uquery]378981962[/uquery] [itunes link="http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/tiptitude-iad-supported-tip/id378981962?mt=8&uo=4" title="Joel_Parker-Tiptitude_(iAd_Supported)_-_Tip_Calculator_and_Check_Splitter"]
