If you thought it was about time Apple’s iLife creativity suite got a make over you might just be in luck. Although nothing is confirmed yet, Mac4ever is reporting the software could drop as early as August 7th.

The date doesn’t sound too out of the way either, as Apple is sure to host a special event this September for its iPod product line, which could in turn see the company debut a new version of iLife. But there’s more.

The site also claims the suite will come with full 64-bit support, MobileMe integration and contains a new “mystery” application.

The rumor states iLife 11′ will:

- Be sold for $79

- Released on 08/07/2010

- All its applications will be 64-bit

- Improve Faces and Places in iPhoto

- Improve the integration of social networks

- Complete revamp of iWeb

- New “Mystery” application

- No more iDVD

- Will contain MobileMe gallery in beta (with Faces and Places)

We’re not exactly sure what to think about this rumor. After all, the last version of iLife was reportedly released back in 2009, so it is likely the company have been working on a newer version. That said, can we see Apple getting rid of their DVD maker software in their default creativity suite? Not really.
