Marianne Schultz of Arnold Kim’s AppShopper reports that the sequel to Chopper released just a few days ago, Chopper 2, does in fact use a never-before-seen user control method for its genre.
The site notes that as well as playing the game standalone, users can also “use the iPhone as an external controller to play the game on your iPad via a Bluetooth connection.”. As seen in this video below, were the iPad alone is being used to control the action of the iPhone’s screen.
Now, this isn’t new per-se, but as Schultz states this is possibly the first time we’ve seen the control method implemented for an action-oriented title.
