Well here’s one to mull over. Monoprice, a world leading provider of high quality cables for home multimedia systems has today announced it has stopped selling Apple accessories, effective immediately.
The move comes straight after Bloomberg releasing an article about how Apple is reportedly now suing companies who are selling unauthorized products.
Apple Inc. sued companies it said are selling unauthorized electronic accessories such as chargers, speakers and cables for the iPod music player, iPhone and iPad tablet computer.
“Many are of inferior quality and reliability, raising significant concerns over compatibility with and damage to Apple’s products,” Apple said.
Monoprice has commented on their Facebook page saying, “We have decided to suspend offering these products as part of our business plan. We will let you know if and when we resume selling these products.”
Monoprice refused to officially comment on what had brought on the decision to pull the products from its business plan, but responded to a few customers on social network Facebook confirming the move.
