For those of you not aware, in version 1.2.1, tap tap tap included an Easter egg that by going to camplus://enablevolumesnap in Mobile Safari you could take picture in Camera+ using the volume buttons instead of having to press the button on the touch screen.
Previously, the 1.2.1 update was rejected due to it including the volume snap feature enabled by default. According to Apple, this could confuse users.
