
One other small thing we forgot to mention about iOS 4.3 (Beta 1) is that the updates section of the on-device App Store has a slightly revised look to that found in previous versions of the software.
A few things to note:
We’re not entirely sure whether we like this look yet. It appears from initial testing that App Store icons are placed in square placeholders, causing for a dis-jointed overall design which looks out of place compared to other elements of iOS. We’re guessing though that this will change throughout the beta process and become more polished before GM. After all, this is only beta 1.
We also tried to see if the new look to ‘Updates’ had made it’s way to iPad, although we had no app updates available at the time of testing.

agreeed, looks somewhat naff compared to the current one, which wilst old now it still looks smart
Yes i did verify the same in USA but all apps that need updating show installed as the icon to select, which is incorrect so this is a bug!
