A new update to Cydia available this week introduces the ability to sign in with either your Facebook or Google account, now allowing users to see a full list of everything they’ve ever purchased or downloaded from the alternative App Store, and if they like, restore it.
Merging with RockYouriPhone, another alternative store of the same nature, Cydia has gained the ability to restore your jailbreak were you left off, no matter what device you choose to sign in on. Of course, you still need to be jailbroken and have Cydia installed for this to be accessible, but restoring your purchases and downloads just became a lot easier.
[Cydia via Engadget via RedmondPie]The app has merged with Rock Your Phone and now enables you to sign in using a Google or Facebook account. It will then track your purchases and downloads so that they can be easily applied again. And again. And probably again. There’s also a new rating system and lots of other goodies — but don’t take our word for it.
