MacKeys – A Complete Web-Based Library Of Japanese Emoji Characters – [UPDATE]

With news surfacing this week that Apple’s recently released preview of Mac OS X Lion fully supports the viewing of Japanese Emoji, a new website, originally highlighted by MacStories, has since popped up listing every Emoji character you could ever wish to use in one single, easily accessible place.

The site works much like Photar’s Emoji library for Firefox which was released a number of months ago. All you need to see and get started with using the characters is an install of Mac OS X Lion Preview. That’s it. According to iSpazio, Lion sports Emoji support in almost all applications in the preview build, including Twitter for Mac, Skype and Mail.

[Update] – We’re hearing this doesn’t work with Google Chrome. (Thanks @Ravenatic!)
