Following the company holding a private, employee-only celebration of Steve Jobs’ life on the morning of October 19, Apple has this morning published a video stream of the event to its official website. The memorial runs for about 81 minutes and includes performances and eulogies from some very inspirational people.

You can watch the video here.

On October 19, employees at Apple told RazorianFly that they didn’t think the company would publish a video of events which had took place on-campus earlier that day.

Turns out, they did.

[Update] – It appears the stream might have gone live early. Apple appears to have plugged the plug replacing the event stream with a “Please check back later” banner – (as seen above). We’ll be sure to keep an eye out and let you know once the stream is live again.

[Update 2] – To clarify, the stream still appears to work via this direct link when trying to view the video on an iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, however, trying to view the video from a web browser on a Mac or PC appears to result in the aforementioned “check back soon” image.

[Update 3] – The video now appears to be live again.
