If you’ve been waiting for Twitter to release an update to make its official Twitter client for Mac compatible with Apple’s “Retina” display-boasting portables, you can stop now — as it likely isn’t coming.
Luckily for you, indie developer Deniz Mert Edincik (@edincik) has this weekend released a full patch for the OS X application, which includes high-resolution visual assets fit for Apple’s “Retina”-quality displays.
