Right on cue, Rovio over this weekend pushed out a new version of its consistently-updated, season-loving bird-slinging adventure – Angry Birds Seasons – adding all the festive cheer than you could ever want.
Now with over 300 levels, the latest update to the worldwide mobile hit includes a snowy winter landscape under none other than … the aurora borealis!
Bringing with it 25 brand-new winter-style levels, with each subsequent level to be released every 24-hours as Rovio counts down the days left to the big day, the holiday advent calendar update introduces a new ‘slip and slide’ ice element for you to overcome, as well as three super-secret levels which will take all your bird ninja skill to unlock. Once you do, you’ll find a bunch special wintry treats just waiting for you to open!
You’ll also want to watch out for a special “Harbin” level, which arrives in honor of the upcoming Angry Birds area in the Ice and Snow World, which is set in Harbin, China.
Rovio notes that, in order to access each new daily level update, you’ll of course need to have a working connection to the internet. If that’s you – you can sit back, relax, and await the magical wintery tour.
