One of the first apps to really make a splash on the App Store thanks to its unique approach to data transfer, Bump is this week updating to add support for sharing files with people you meet via Dropbox.
Building on the file sharing capabilities originally brought with the release of version 3.5 in December, version 3.5.3 of the app – released yesterday – now includes the ability to share any file you have stored on your iOS device with your friend or colleague, via a simple “bump” of your two devices.
Plus, in addition to the capabilities detailed above, the firm has also activated the rather neat ability to wirelessly transfer any photos you may have on your iPhone to your desktop (or portable) Mac, by the simple action of tapping your iPhone on your computer’s physical space bar key.
