Apple’s New Years ‘Red Friday’ Sale Begins, January 25

Following its “Lucky Bag” event, (which took place on January 2 and saw customers at many of the company’s retail locations in the region able to purchase a lucky bag full of mystery Apple goodies), the Cupertino company has this week announced its ‘Red Friday’ Lunar New Year Sale.

Expected to kick-off on January 25, the sale – (which ultimately arrives in celebration of Chinese New Year) – will see Apple offer exclusive price discounts on some of its most lusted after products. The firm will also be offering free shipping on all orders throughout the 24-hours the sale is active.

Unlike ‘Black Friday’, which usually involves online product discounts being available not just to those in the United States, but also those customers around the world, Apple’s ‘Red Friday’ sale will see exclusive online price discounts available only to those in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand.
