‘Temple Run 2’ Updates With Improved Performance On Older iOS Devices

Making its App Store debut earlier this month, Imangi Studio’s race for survival – Temple Run 2 – is updating tonight with some small (but notable) improvements to its gameplay on Apple’s older iOS devices.

With over 170 Million downloads, Temple Run redefined mobile gaming. Now get more of the exhilarating running, jumping, turning and sliding you love in Temple Run 2!

Navigate perilous cliffs, zip lines, mines and forests as you try to escape with the cursed idol — How far can you run?!

The super-small update now includes enhanced gameplay performance for Apple’s iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S, adding the ability to skip the ‘Save Me’ screen more quickly, and introduces a new leaderboard high score menu.

Also fixed in this update:

- Fixed track pop-in
- Fixed lifetime stats to be correct
- Fixed bug which caused the same objective to be shown twice
- Fixed a crash on launch bug
- Fixed various bugs and made other minor improvements

Temple Run 2 is a FREE download from the App Store. Get the update.
