XBMC – the complete media center solution for Windows, OSX and Linux, is now available to run on the Apple TV, all thanks to a new (slightly tweaked) version of the media center suite designed for this specific purpose.
Developed to work on jailbroken Apple TV units, you’ll need aTV Flash installed on Apple’s small media box before you can even think about enjoying all of this new XBMC goodness.
Once you’ve got that tweak installed, though, it’s just a case of heading to Maintenance > Manage Extras and activating XBMC.
