‘Minecraft – Pocket Edition’ Updates With Super-Minor Changes

Minecraft fans should head over to the App Store where they’ll now find a small, (but notable), update waiting for their copy of Minecraft – Pocket Edition.

Updating to version 0.7.2 this morning, the pocket edition of the client for the open-world block-building adventure now (finally) supports a “Unicode” keyboard. In addition, the app’s “chat” feature – (allowing players to chat to each other whilst in-game) – is now available to even more people in even more languages.

What is Unicode?

Unicode provides a unique number for every character, no matter what the platform, no matter what the program, no matter what the language. The Unicode Standard has been adopted by such industry leaders as Apple, HP, IBM, JustSystems, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Sun, Sybase, Unisys and many others.
