Note Management App ‘Vesper’ Gains Support For TextExpander

Another small (but notable) app update which is hitting the App Store, this week, is that of Vesper 1.003. Closely followed by version 1.002, which became available to users on July 15, the latest version of Q Branch‘s note collection app now includes full support for TextExpander.

What is TextExpander?

TextExpander saves your fingers and your keyboard, expanding custom keyboard shortcuts into frequently-used text and pictures.

Designed to jot down “anything you want to remember,” Vesper first hit the App Store on June 6, allowing for the tagging of notes to group-related items, and the creation – (and subsequent drag-and-drop reordering) – of what Q Branch calls “playlist-like collections.”

“Vesper imposes no system; organize and curate your notes whatever way comes naturally to you. Eschewing complications, Vesper’s focus is on how it feels to use it.”

You can get Vesper on the App Store – for $4.99. The app supports both iPhone and iPod touch, natively – and requires iOS 6.0 (or later).

This app has been optimized for iPhone 5.
