As we previously reported the AT&T mobile network has been experiencing crippling upload speeds. First noted by users over the July 4th holiday weekend, according to the company a few weeks ago, the problem stemmed from an issue with their Alcatel-Lucent software used to control its entire mobile network and data thrown over it.

@TiPB is today reporting via technology columnists @Engadget that Apple has posted a few new job postings on its job vacancies section, which seems to suggest the company is hiring antenna engineers for iPhone and iPad.

Today we got a tip from Twitter user Jason Freeman (@jayfreeman98) who noted that since upgrading to iOS4 he has been experiencing issues with iPod.app – and it seems that heading over to Apple Discussions, Jason may not be alone in the issue.

We probably don’t have to tell you at this stage that the iPad has so far had its fair share of issues. One of the most reported is it’s inability to keep a strong connection when connected to a Wi-Fi network. Well, Apple has heard your cry, announcing a software fix is on the way.
